GarLic It!
Monday, Jan. 5th
PS 12:30-2:30pm | CH 4-6pm

Garlic infused condiments and drinking broths locally made, family-owned and operated. GarLic It! started with the delicious oiled bits at the bottom of a glass jar full of flavor and a need to recreate a delicious product to be used in everyday cooking. Wanting to create a product that would also save time and money without skimping on flavor is how GarLic It! spices and condiments began. The triple-blanching and carmelizing process removes the burn creating a mellow garlic flavor that can be added directly in to dishes.
